Dr Peter Floyd together with the NSGGA committee have produced a leaflet on the building stones of Newcastle-under-Lyme. This highly illustrated A3 leafet shows a map of Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre with details of the building stones used, a stratigraphic column showing their age and a glossary explaining the geological terms used.
